We are proud of the charitable work carried out by all Masonic Lodges in Scotland and particularly our own Lodge.

At our Annual Ball on 4th November, a presentation was made to the Cherry Road Centre Bonnyrigg, one of our local charities. The sum of £5040 was raised for the purchase of a specialised wheel chair and other aids for the centre. See photograph in our Gallery Section.

Other local donations were:-

£225 to Boys Brigade
£225 to Boy Scouts
£300 to Girl Guides
£50 Parkinsons UK

On the 30th May, the Lodge made a donation of £450 to the Polton Gala Day fund

The Grand Lodge of Scotland have chosen "Prostate Cancer" as the Grand Lodge Charity and in the last four years, a total of £400,000 will have been donated by all the Lodges in Scotland to this very worthy charity.
